The location of the hotel is perfect and close to most local restaurants. The parking isn't enough. We had to park 15 mins outside of the hotel and it's impossible to find a parking space in their designated parking area. You would need a car to travel around in Tainan area so parking is a problem here in this hotel.

I had breakfast during my stay in the hotel. The food was different every morning and was great. The Matsutake/mushroom stewed with rice/Risotto was delicious.

Location was good. Staff were very kind and helpful. There wasn’t anything to complain about!

Good location and friendly staff. The washroom is not very clean, and the towel is a bit worn-out. The room also doesn’t have good soundproofing — we can clearly hear noise and conversations from the hallway. Overall, I feel the hotel is a bit overpriced for the condition of the room.

High CP rate. Good location, free parking, clean and large enough room with designated area for luggage. You can get the amenities from front desk. Very good breakfast! The concierge staff have few round, some are not as polite. And I wish we can refund for breakfast, but the staff insist it’s a combo.

staff was a bit rude. It offered one pillow for each bed. Asking for extra pillows, and the staff didn't look happy and said we were supposed to pay extra for extra pillows.

100/100 for the location and the room The pity thing is that the lobby is too small, only one set of table/sofa for clients resting, which is always occupied.

The location is superb; the size of room is comfortable; daily free bottle of water for each guest. the shower rack in Room 1209 is a bit awkward and unadjustable, but could be sorted with hand held. No soap or hand wash dispenser next to the washing basin. There isn't enough shelf to store the clothes or hangers to hang the clothes, but it has enough floor space to lay the suitcase open. No safer in the room.

Hotel A. exceeded my expectations. We stayed a week, and could happily have stayed longer. The room was comfortable and quiet, the aircon efficient - and also quiet. The bathroom was well equipped, and the cleaning staff kept it that way. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Every day there were changes to the buffet; thus, although most of the offerings were Asian, we had no trouble finding something we enjoyed.

Friendly staff. Good location, it’s close to the main famous streets in the city, foods are easy to get around from early morning to late night. I booked a room with a higher prices, but the stay didn’t match the value for this cost. There are many better options available if your budget is not too tight.
