Great location Fixtures are old Double bed not really accessible from both side Bathroom fixtures old, worn out and tarnished.

I liked the location and how close it is to many stores. It was also easy and close to walk to the bus stop. This place is only a 7 minute walk to the mall, and there is a small supermarket near the mall, too.

Wendy Iris Owen staff were great1 Frendly and most helpful in getting me to the CPBL ball game. They are terrific people! And made my stay the tops in for 4 months traveling in Asia. Kudos Guys !!

The property was great... It's a bit small for a group of 4persons but the good thing, they have an area where you can eat chit-chatting with your friends in the resting & eating area. I just suggest that you will have a blinder in the windows because it was very bright even if the curtain was close. But in all, the room was great...

I think it's a pretty good spot for us, as we could reach to a lot of places on foot from here! Everything we wanted to visit were within a 15-20 minutes walk from this hotel. We initially booked a 2 single bed room, but (I think) we got upgraded to a 2 Queen-sized bed for 4 people? Not too sure but it was really comfortable! There's also a pantry area at level 2 filled with lots of snacks and free flow drinks. Perfect for those who want to get some bites in the middle of the night. Staffs were also really friendly! Overall an amazingly comfortable place to stay. Could work a little bit more on the cleanliness but it's just some improvement. Good but could be better.

1. The room is okay for a double bed room 2. The lady receptionist helped to call Uber to the night market 3. The bed was really comfortable but not the pillow 1. It has a very mouldy smell when we go in because there is carpet on the floor and they never clean it 2. Very noisy when we can hear the shower sound next door 3. The angle of the bed was totally wrong in the position coz it was put near the shower room and the person who slept on the right was inconvenient to get out and another side of the bed was spacious so it is very obviously wrong

The design of the hotel is nice. The location is near to some attractive place of tainan. They have a floor that has drinks(carbonated drinks, coffee, tea), some snacks and boardgame. I like that floor quite much but no one play boardgame with me The room is too small, I don't even have space to open full my luggage. They did not provide breakfast, and nearby don't have 7-11,quite hard to find breakfast because we are vegetarian.

Convenient location in the city with bus connection to Tainan train station and other tourist spots, restaurants and shops. Room size is reasonable. No window. Must pay a premium to get window.
