Location is good Staff is nice and helpful Cleaning could be better (still have some hair on the floor) Have a pillar in middle of the room is not that good The bed sheet is bad, you just move a little and it will go away so you sleep directly on the mattress

- Kind reception staff - Comfortable beds - Hot shower - Good location next to a park The rooms are a bit old and could benefit from a greater clean. There was quite some dust by the windows, and some rust in the bathroom. Nothing horrible though. Ok for the price.

Good things, are bed is comfortable, and the waiting zone or common area has an open bar until very late night with a lot of different snacks u can pick for free. Also the location is really convenient It didn't reach my expectations at all, doesn't worth it for the price we paid (our stay was from Dec 23rd to 25th). The bathroom was the biggest problem, we needed to turn on the tap for 10 MINUTES before we actually take a shower so the water could be hot, this is something that never happened to me before, not even in the cheapest hotel. The dryer was a complete disaster, we asked for a change and it was the same, both dryers look very old, they did not gave hot air as they should. The breakfast option was not good, as they were cold except for the eggs. The staff that is in charge during night was not efficient to me, I called to complain about the water of the shower that was extremely cold (This happened before I know that we need to wait for 10 Minutes to actually have hot water) I already tried both sides without success, and she said that we needed to open the tap shower to the left side for 10 Minutes to have hot water, which we did, and wait for 20 minutes and still had NOT hot water, we went downstairs to complain about it, and she said will call the manager to ask, and after that she will give call us to the room to give us an answer, again we waited between 15-20 Minute, NO CALL, we went downstairs again to complain, and she said that SHE FORGOT TO TELL US THAT WE SHOULD OPEN TO THE RIGHT SIDE. -OMG! we were so frustrated at this point, that we complain next morning, but not sure if our complain reach to the manager since it was not there at that moment. The reason gave by the morning staff to us, was that person was new, That's not the problem of the customer, hotel management should make sure to train better their staff.

Clean enough and quiet enough Overall good The personnel was nice even few after hours after checkout they helped us to get a taxi. Near the place we needed to go the next day It was not a double bed but 2 single beds put together. So not possible to sleep in middle otherwise it will be not comfortable Wifi not good to watch video on phone The TV is not center to the bed

The only good thing of this hotel is they have free parking space Everything, the hotel will change your room base on there mood and without discussion. I booked the double room on booking.com, but they give me a twin room and combine two single bed into one. I ask the reception and she said this is so-call double room in Maple Hotel. And insist not to refund the excess room fee for me. The receptions are all liars, strongly not recommend people to book this terrible room. LAIRS! After we check in the hotel, the hotel tried to call me at 2am. I was sleeping in my room (507) and did not pick up the phone, the hotel then cancelled my booking.com appointment and send me a no-show email. THIS IS INSULTED AND ANNOYING…

Nothing Poor service The front desk staff does not deal with housekeeping issues and has no intention of compensating guests for the loss of their accommodation.
