We enjoyed the kind, helpful staff. We were able to get all of our needs addressed from their help and suggestions. The room was spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and cool. Like everything When I lost my key the property threaten to charge me $100 for losing the key.

The room was clean and spacious, the tub and shower was huge and comfortable We were given two card keys, we couldn’t find the second card at checkout, hotel threatened us that they will charge us $200 for losing the card.

We stayed at this hotel 4 times and we were always very pleased with the service and staffs. The room is very specious and the bed is very comfortable. It is very close to many good restaurants and the location is very quiet but easy access to many destinations. None

The room is very clean and bright with a little patio. Easy access to the city and area around. It provides a bike for a short ride around the corner. Staff are friendly.

Great location Big rooms Carrefour located just 1 block away Comfortable rooms Nice big tv The afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, appeared to be some leftovers from breakfast that they replated and served. We have stayed here in the past, and had decided to stay again as we were satisfied with our previous stays. However, price was grossly inflated due to the time of year (Lunar New Year). Whilst I understand that all hotels fluctuate their prices during busy and off-peak times, the price was truly a bit excessive, but we had no other choice but to book the hotel.
