Clean room. Nice breakfast buffet. Very accommodating staff who allowed me to store my bike in my room.

Breakfast was excellent. Many options, Taiwanese and Western. We really enjoyed it. The only trouble was there are so many great street places to eat breakfast nearby that it was hard to decide where to eat each morning. But the hotel won out twice.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. In my opinion, this hotel has a management problem, which is reflected in the staff attitude and the unusual hotel policies. This problem is not the fault of the junior staff, but in my opinion it is the responsibility of the hotel owners. I emphasize that this is only my personal feeling about my own experience, and therefore it may not accurately represent the hotel conditions experienced by other people. I must say to Booking.com: If you honestly want to know more, then you should contact me. I won't waste my time explaining issues here unless I'm sure that your company is paying attention.

Centre of the town One of our group had to move room straight away due to the smell of tobacco smoke in the room. While they were moved straight away, why was this not picked up earlier.

Lovely, clean and very modern rooms! Good size! Very clean and the hotel has a fantastic location. Buffet breakfast was decent, but not spectacular. Bed was super comfortable and really nice bathrooms. I hope the hotel can be more “firm” in applying their rules and policies. We got woken up both mornings at 06:00 by our neighbor who was playing loud music…and smoking (it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel) right outside our room. Mentioned it to the staff, but nothing came of it.. This was just a tiny nuisance - the quality of our overall experience was very positive and we will surely stay here again.

The breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices: western, Japanese, Taiwanese, Cantonese etc. I like 涼拌海蜇 the most.

The hotel provided a cozy feeling, the colour of the room enhanced the experience as it provided a warm welcome to guests. The facilities are good and a snack bar with local foods are provided, which was a good practice.
