Privacy where the capsule can be fully closed. There is a fan that can divert ac into the capsule. Room is completely dark and I enjoyed sleeping. In each capsule room there is a study area where I can spend some time using my laptop. The fan that brings air in is located right at the head. Wish that can be designed with a better location. The study area was hot at first because AC doesn't work there. It got better after a while when I kept the door open. The fact that shower room does not have any hangers for clothes or towel means that I have to keep my personal things next to public sink. Hopefully this can be addressed for future.

Capsule clean, mattress comfortable, space average, bathroom clean n spacious (separate male n female sides). Night market, traditional fresh market, PXMart, Carrefour, Muji, Uniclo, tourist shops n plenty for restaurants nearby Not much to object to but nitpicking just a bit…shelves or hooks in capsule would be nice, better lock solution n circulation fan a bit loud.

Very nicely made, well organised, one of the best hostel I've been in lately except for.... ? Beds too shorts (I'm 6'4 / 1,93) ? Breakfast stops at 9AM ? ? No WiFi available

All was good (room, bed, breakfast, staff, etc) except for the shower that took ages to get warm The shower would only get warm after having it on for at least 10 min. I told it to the staff, and he said to leave it on for 5 min, but it was much longer. This was a huge waste of water every time we wanted to shower.

Situated in the Centre of Taitung. The customer service is not good. Disturbing sound can be heard from drainage pipe. Very hard pillow, can’t sleep well.

Huge and spacious room (49 m2!). The Hotel is close to the bus station (5 min walk). Free snacks are available behind the reception desk (or to the left - depending on which doors you use to enter the hotel). There are also bicycles to rent (we have not tried so I cannot judge the quality, but they looked decent). Breakfast was nice - Taiwanese food mainly, wide selection (soup, congee, fresh fruits, chicken nuggets, buns ... ) - food was fresh and tasty. The smell in the corridors was very bad. The staff was ok, but I would not call them friendly - we were not informed that there were free snacks available or a bicycle rental). The toilet flush sounded like a space shuttle taking off (super noisy). The room was designed for couples - glass walls in the shower (not bad, but you were warned ;))

Located a few minutes walk from the bus station. The hotel has 2 entrances, one facing the fish market and one next to a parking lot. The room was large, with a separate bathroom for men and women. A little lounge area with a TV in the room, and a larger one/bar next to the reception. Aircon in the room. Individual lockers. Capsule-like beds that you can lock from the inside. Cleaned daily, towels changed every day, a bottle of water per day. Excellent taiwanese buffet for breakfast, with a wide choice of food and drinks. Self service washing machine and dryer for a fee. The receptionists spoke very little to no English, but did their best to communicate with a translating app. For travel information in English I would sugget to go to the information centre at the bus station. I would definitely stay there again. A few minor things could be improved. It could be more environementally friendly (not changing towels every day, a water dispenser rather than water bottles). A little shelf and a few hooks inside the bed space would be a plus. The shower is not very hot.

Location which is very convenient Smelly rooms with strong smoking smell while it was supposed to be forbidden Room not clean, breakfast was not good, we have booked two rooms, one for us and one for the kids, the two rooms were far away from each other so not convenient, staff was not super friendly in trying to find solutions,

Great breakfast, good location, safe storage for our bicycles. A view would be nice, but our room was great value for money.

Hotel is very dirty, molding. Strong smell of toxic of killing insect spary, can not breathe, carpet design on hallway and room of 3th floor is terrible dark , terrible scary print. Main floor counter there is little insect running around. this is Not NOT Not NOT meet the expectations. I quickly ask for refund. Hotel is unclean strong bad smell unacceptable. . They should do Entire renovation.

The location of the hotel is great as it is near to city center with lots of eating and shopping options. The staffs were very helpful too. Hotel breakfast was tasty with good selection. Hotel is a little old but the rooms were fine. Nothing else to pick on.
