Tiin Tinn - Rivershore B&B

Helpful staff, free washer, a walking/biking trail in front of the house through which you can get to the city. Lack of public transportation, kind of far from everywhere. Window screen is quite dusty.

Nice, intimate hotel with well-appointed rooms. Staff is excellent…friendly, efficient and responsive. My room was quite small with wall hooks in lieu of a closet or wardrobe.

Best decoration on Taiwan! Such a beautiful hotel! Great staff, great breakfast. We used their bikes for free, laundry was also free, and everything was amazing! Nothing. It was perfect!

Superb

It is more a boutique hotel with nice details. We got coins for a gripping toymachine which was funny. Some of the staff speaks very good English and helped us out with taxis and the beach, Shanyuan Bay is great

Very friendly staff. We could us the bicycles, although they are children size. Recommendations for good vegan restaurants nearby, 5 minutes walking distance. Their was a monotone buzz from some kind of waterpump

Very friendly staff (Kate & Sabrina), clean facilities, yummy & homely breakfast. Bicycles could be used to explore the bikeway in Taitung, which was a great experience! A little out of the way in relation to the main Tiehua Village district.

I liked everything. But a word of warning: There are two Tiin Tinns in Taiting. Be careful to go to the one you have reserved.

The B&B has a super cute design and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also special and tasty. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and other guests (with babies) were quite loud at night. The Japanese style bed is hard to sleep in for people who aren't used to it.

The hotel is awesome and the staff is amazing. Especially Sabrina took care of us so well, e.g. helped us organize a spontaneous trip to Green Island. The rooms were super clean and well-equipped, as the whole hotel. Many nice features like board games and bycicles that we could use for free. Breakfast was also very good, even had a vegan option. Perfect hotel, highly recommend!

Exceptional

Free parking, elevator, that’s it. The quadruple room was super small, we didn’t even have enough space to open our suitcase and walk. The breakfast was too simple and tasteless… milk tea was with artificial milk, instead of fresh milk Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Tiin Tinn was a genuine gold find in Taitung. We were comfortable and happy during our stay and wished we could stay longer. Staff was very nice and helped us when we arrived late for checkin and give you coins to try out their little game room machines. Only issue was THIS Tin Tinn hotel doesn’t show up on Google Maps in English. Only the other Tiin Tinn shows up on the map so it’s easy to accidentally visit the other hotel. Thankfully they were close by and we hopped over to the right hotel quickly.

The location was a bit off the mainstream shopping. The breakfast was good. Nil.

The location is alone the riverside so guests can borrow the bike and ride around Taitung city. The facility is clean and with necessary equipment, including elevator. The public area is not as wide as expected, and the bikes for guests are a little old and you can tell it the need to be maintained time to time when using it. The lady at reception is not so friendly, comparing with the the hostels/hotels that I have stayed. She insisted to know a very specific timing that I go to the restaurant so that she can get my breakfast ready. I gave her a timing (a 30 mins period) but she was not satisfied and keep asking every time when she meets me, which became a hassel as I went there for relax, not to help her complete her job.
