Could hear the train on the train track sometimes at night, but it wasn't so much of a disturbance as it was not really loud and didn't go on continuously.

Very clean and modern! Daily room service was the cherry on top. The staff also went above and beyond to help us when my sister needed to go to the hospital. Nothing it was the best

Great location, great facility, and staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a paid car park. Car park is a bit pricy (1,500 yen/night). Otherwise, great hotel!

The location is excellent, the staff is wonderful, the room is comfortable, the bed is huge. The breakfast is interesting in the way it is served and looks like a work of art.

+ A well spaced room that allowed two individuals with large suitcases to reside in + Friendly and helpful staff + Good breakfast + Feels relatively new and modern + Great location - AC is weird and difficult to operate - Towels are a bit small - There was some dust in a few hidden spots but the room was overall clean - The wall between the shower and the room is very thin, so it was possible to hear everything done in the bathroom - The bathroom is quite small - The check in process is tiring and requires you to do things yourwelf instead of having the staff handle everything - Parking isn't free for hotel visitors

The location is convenient, it is walking distance to everywhere, hotel has a big parking space, the room has very big bed which is not easy to find in Japan.
