My room was dusty. The bottom sheet on the bed didn't fit. The fixtures in the room were old and worn. (lamps)

Staff and Breakfast were WONDERFUL, One of my beds looked like it had been laid in. Pillow case was dirty.... and my mom killed a roach while going to the rest room early morning.

Its location. The staff didn’t appear too enthusiastic for a hospitality industry. The only employee who was wonderful was a lady in the breakfast area interacting with guests and checking to see if anyone needed anything. As I entered my room it was musty and the hair products and soap dispensers needed to be topped off. The conditioner was out altogether. Another disappointment was the waffle machine was down.
