Room was clean and pre cooled down before we arrived. This was nice not having to wait for the room to be cooled especially in Florida's heat/ humidity. The room also had a dehumidifier, it was a little noisy but wasn’t noticeable after a bit. The Ice and vending machines were easy to access and they all worked even with a card. There was only 1 man on duty and was not familiar with checking people in and had to call his daughter. Also his english was a little difficult to understand. We have 2 small dogs which is why we chose this motel. The charge was advertised as 15.00 per dog. When we checked in I was told the 1st dog was free and the second would be 15.00. Even though there was a sign on the counter advertising pets were free. I did not discuss this with the clerk as his English wasn’t great. It was still cheaper than the other hotel which was 50.00 per dog. So he charged me 66.00 extra + the 94.00 we prepaid to Hotels.com. So the total was 160.00. Still less than the other dog friendly hotel but not what was advertised. I would stay there again however would clear up the cost discrepancy. We got in late and I was to tired to argue with a person who was not fluent in English.

For the price we paid it was not a great deal. We had trouble getting extra towels. Coffee was all that was offered.

This is a very basic hotel, it's good for a quick stay or as an operating basis to get things done and return to it to shower and sleep. The room was clean and everything was in working condition. There is ample parking space. Front desk was deserted each time we went there, whether it was to check in, ask questions or check out. There were only two big towels for showering and only one plastic cup to drink water or something else. No coffee machine was available.

This place was the worst Lots of foot traffic in and out of neighboring room, party on the balcony, agressive voices, loud music, and loud sex. This place houses drug dealers and prostitution
