Kind kind staff

This is a great stay in Tamale - outside the main centre so it is quieter but easy to get to the market or other areas if you need to. It was some of the details that made my stay special - the staff are amazing and go out of their way, breakfast was a step above what you normally get around Ghana with french press coffee, there was actual hot water, beds were comfortable and high tech lighting meant you could not turn on the full brightness when going to the bathroom in the night. Room was spacious, felt very safe as a solo traveller and wifi worked well. The rooftop bar/restaurant offers a nice view and breeze in the mornings and evenings. Power went out a few times but think they are working on getting that sorted. Also to note, there is no elevator - not an issue for me - but mention for those with mobility issues.

Great rooftop terrace and great food!

Just a 10 minute ride outside of the center, the hotel is located in a very calm and friendly neighborhood. We were welcomed by a exceptionally friendly and attentive team that went above and beyond to make us feel at home and supported us in our travel logistics. The facilities in our room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The shower was especially good and the AC was working fine. The rooftop restaurant offers a stunning view on the area, perfect spot for sunset - if I would live in Tamale I would definitely go there more often just to enjoy the rooftop. The food at the restaurant was very well prepared and the staff was just as friendly and professional as the rest of the team. Having travelled throughout Ghana for 4 weeks, staying at multiple nice hotels, with top staff this was maybe the best service we received. Thank you very much for hosting us!

The stay was good with a comfortable room. We met a friendly staff and the food is good. Thanks to the chef. No internet connection.

The restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The price for the facilities. No Amex accepted. No TV signal throughout stay. No options for streaming.

The rooftop was a welcome oasis of calm in a busy city. The food was good and the staff super kind. Being up there on the rooftop ar sunset was surreal with all the calls to prayer happening. Beds were comfortable.

Near TTH. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (one included, pay for additional). Clean. Bathroom seems unfinished, no electrical outlet, no where to hang towels. Limited parking.

We stayed a night at the Ruk´s hotel in Tamale. The whole team were always very kind and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower. The room had air conditioning, a fridge, TV and WiFi available. The rooftop restaurant and bar offers pretty views on Tamale, especially when the sun sets. It offers a good selection of food and drinks. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was good to start the day. We recommend the nice and friendly hotel when visiting Tamale

This hotel exceeded my expectations I was very impressed I had a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful. Oh the road getting there and water pressure
