Breakfast was terrible. I’m sorry that I chose this place. And there was a terrible Oder.

The staff was polite and helpful. However, the room did have ants and the hallways were visibly dirty and did not smell good. The king room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in.

There is nothing I can say about this property I stayed there in 2022 and it has drastically got bad to the point something was biting me in the room contacted front desk they wanted to move me the next day I am from the islands so I just thought it was mosquitos so I asked for some bug spray they had none so the y had to move me to the next room which was better I went to check on the issue from the night before the so called manager was nonchalant like dude why u bothering me nobody contacted me to even see if I was ok thank goodness I travel with medication I decided a video I will be contacting there coperate office

It was very clean i recommend

Only stay here if you need a quick sleep this is not for vacation

Debe de estar mejor presentado el área de recibimiento. Debería verse mejor. Aire en el cuarto no muy bien. Debe mejorar varios aspectos.

I liked that there was breakfast included. There were roaches inside the room, we had to continuously ask for towels and each time we asked there were either no more face towels or drying off towels. The TV cut off everyday at set times 12 mid night until 10am I made a complaint but no resolution. The first day the shower drain was clogged! Water was building up in the tub as we shower. The room was not clean! It smelt great but was not thoroughly clean. When we arrived the body wash was empty along with the hand soap which make me suspect theu never cleaned the room they just made the bed up and sprayed air freshener. Also the lighting in the room is poor! There should be an actual light in the center of the room we had to rely on the lamps for view and the bulbs were dim.

The property and room was clean, staff were friendly and polite. It was a good experience for a short stay.

My room was the last room on the first floor by the pool and this is where some guest will smoke weed. I don’t mind what guests do however the mell came to the room 129 and I had palpitations, headaches, dizziness like an allergic reaction.

Thankfully this was only a one night stay. Breakfast was bleh. The room and hallway had a weird scent. Shopping nearby was very convenient though.
