Walking distance to Roger’s centre, CN Tower,Ripley’s Aquarium,water taxi from Billy bishop airport and much more… breakfast was buffet style was amazing and included with price of room. Room was beautiful , comfortable beds. Will definitely book again if travelling to Toronto in the near future.

The strategic position in Downtown Toronto entertainment district and close enough to CN Tower is a plus! Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The room is modern, the bed was comfy. The room was cleaned super good (apart 1 day) One day we found the bed done and towels changed, but the floor and bathroom have not been cleaned. Corridors and lobby were a bit cold due to AC. We had to ask 2 times for information about Niagara tours, because some people at the front desk were helpful, others not too much.

The staff was very friendly and made every effort to make our stay as seamless as possible. I would to especially recognize Deepak for helping to guide us through the lobby and going out of his way to make sure that my wife and I were directed through the check in and check out process.

Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of CN tower. Breakfast was very good with so much selection! The beds are very high. I’m 5ft 4 inches. A little step stool would have been helpful. No ice buckets provided for the room.

The location was about 10-15 minutes walk from CN Tower. Room was lovely, really comfortable. Fairly large bathroom too, great shower. Water in the room, nice touch along with coffee making facilities. Staff were great on reception and the door, really friendly and helpful. Around the hotel there were eateries nearby and easy walk to some of the streetcars. Definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. The food at breakfast wasn’t really to our liking
