Overall the property is okay however there should be aome

Nice property with shuttle for the airport. Fifteen minute ride to cruise port.

When we first arrived we met Anna who is at the front desk and represents your hotel..I did not know you did not take tap..like 99% of most businesses I did not know you would not allow a joint card in my son's and my name to be used for the deposit hold. Anna was so rude and did not even Crack a smile or act like someone like liked her job or anyone coming to the front desk. We all have bad days...but if you are the first person we meet at your hotel...please properly train Anna to fake a smile...act like she cares we are staying at YOUR hotel...it was horrible.

Prompt and friendly staff

The night girl at front desk was not knowledgeable or know anything at all. I asked about having capabilities of charging a phone and how to work the Tv in room. She had no idea on either one, not helpful at all. Morning desk person totally different. Breakfast was great

Our key cards stopped working and we went to the desk. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to appear at the desk

Check in was just ok. Front desk guy was sitting on the couch in the lobby when we came in - talking on the phone the whole time. We came in past midnight and he sat on the couch looking at us and talking on the phone for a few minutes before he walked to the front desk to check us in. I guess it’s past midnight so where will we go? The rest of the staff in the morning seems helpful enough.

Room was clean Ac was noisy and breakfast was good but no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs or waffles

Great breakfast, thank you. The AC in the room just doesn’t do it. Too noisy. One expects a uniform cooling experience.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The towels were large and clean. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was nice and hot with good choices. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The tub was a rather high step up and was a little slippery. The shower curtain didn't keep the water off the floor.

There were no pillows the first night. We had to call reception, and I had to go and get them myself the second night from reception.
