The common areas are well-kept and functional. The fitness room was small with three cardio machines and dumbbells. The front desk is well managed and the staff we encountered ranged from uninterested to helpful with limited knowledge, to helpful professionals. The room itself was clean and well-appointed with the following exceptions: 1. Light mold on the ceiling near the window was reported on the first day. By the last day, it had spread and grew visibly darker. The area was patched crudely apparently due to a leak on the third floor as the water stain was light but visible and the drywall tape was detaching. On our checkout, the front desk asked if we were given the option to move. We were not given the option when it was reported. 2. There was an underlying smokiness in the room likely due to intrusion of smoke from the smoking area in the back. Reported on the first day. 3. Only two sets of towels despite reserving the room for two adults and a child. We were informed they were out of towels and the front desk grudgingly provided one extra towel. 4. No cookware, plates, or flatware provided despite having a kitchenette with a two-burner (induction top). 5. Wrong remote for the TV in the room Coffee was good and strong.

It was quiet and everyone was exceptionally nice. There seemed to be some movement in a room next to or above me that sounded like someone was moving furniture. It was bothersome, but it didn’t last for hours, just several minutes. I assumed it might have been housekeeping or maintenance. No big deal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby clean and inviting. Wish they had decaf coffee, love that French vanilla creamer was available!!!

Room was very clean. Commissary had reasonable prices. Very close to a shopping center with restaurants, groceries, essentials.

The property was really clean and organized. For a night's stay, it's really worth it if you don’t want to spend a lot of money.
