Location to Busch Gardens couldn’t have been better. The pool was extremely warm. After a long and hot day at the amusement park, we wanted to get into a cold and refreshing pool. Instead, the pool was as warm as bath water.

The issue found is that the property is right next to a busy road. Normally, I’ve experienced that without issue but maybe the insulation on this property is not there as I could hear every car and motorcycle that went by. Difficult to sleep.

The only issue I had was with the air conditioning made everything damp in the room. It did get cold though. The free breakfast had a lot of choices The staff was very helpful

The property was fine located close to USF Magnolia Hospital, which I was attending. The property had been refurbished to right across the street from Busch Gardens. Fine for the night.

The receptionist upon check-in was exceedingly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was funny and set the vibe from the start. The view of the park really excited my daughter. Breakfast was also great. The room had a musty smell. The shuttle service was not sufficient for the amount of guests wanting to go to the park. We signed up for the earliest time, but still waited over an hour because people that signed up before us, even though they requested a later time, Still got to go before us. We sat in the lobby for an hour and watched people come directly down from the room and get on before us.
