Stayed one night before going to Busch Gardens. They have a complimentary shuttle to the park which is very close to the property. Good continental breakfast.

The staff were fantastic. The shuttle drivers most gracious and drove safely. Breakfast was exceptional location is perfect for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, well maintained, and everything was in good working condition, while the complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a nice variety of options. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

My Wife and I had an early departure this past friday, Breakfast was to be served at 6:30am, we came down to have breakfast to start are day home, We waited to 7:00 am and still nothing when i went to the reception desk and asked, they just said they are working on it it should be out soon, final after waiting again for breakfast and still wasn't ready, so we checked out and left.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working, it was 75 degrees in there. Also a lot of really loud traffic sounds, and we were all the way up on the 4th floor.
