Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa USF Busch Gardens by IHG

I traveled with my family. Our stay here was amazing. The staff is awesome especially Aunty Zee. The property is well managed and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is a good addition. I would definitely stay again.

Good breakfast, good location, nice staff at check in. Mold on wall in bathroom, tub leaked, stains on carpet.

Breakfast was OK good, the door was very difficult to open and close it look like they’ve been partially repaired once or twice already, the front desk staff was seemed distracted and we’re not particularly helpful. Weren’t particularly rude, but just meh

The room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints.

Good service good staff

We arrive 2 1/2 hours late from the plane down from New York. Didn’t get to Orlando until half past one that morning. It was such a relief to find out we handed out a few steps to make before we could get to bed. What a perfect place to stay, thank you.

Mi familia y yo pasamos una estancia muy agradable,nos encantó el hotel,la habitación limpia y acogedora,buen desayuno,el parque cerca nos llevó el bus del hotel y a la hora del regreso solo fue llamar y nos fueron a recoger al parque,excelente atención,quedamos encantados de regresar,lo recomiendo 100%.Gracias

Check in was nice and easy and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus to Busch gardens and back a really good bonus. Would recommend

First the positive, the hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and the price was decent, but the front desk staff were amazing. That being said, parking on premises was limited, the hotel itself was dated and in need of makeover. Peeling paint, mildewy shower surround and carpet had musty smell.

Very nice hotel and amazing staff. Rooms were beautiful and looked newly renovated. Walking distance to Busch gardens.

This hotel is very convenient to Busch Gardens. They have free shuttles to the parks. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was good. I think they need ice machines on every floor. We could have used a second trash bin in our room. My issue is not so much with hotel, it was lack of really good restaurants in the area. We had to drive everywhere. When im on vacation, I want to eat at places I cant get at home.

Place was clean but need a update. Ice machine only on even #floors. Pool only open when certain staff on duty. Show got hot, but shower head had minimum pressure. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and was kept warm (+). Over all a good place to stay for the money.
