Great stay, great location. Friendly staff.

The staff at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find activities, dinning and getting settled into my room. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. Parking was not free, I was surprised by that fact.

i did not like paying for parking

Easy check in process and the desk held our bags while waiting for a room.

This is by far one of the best staffed and most well run properties that my wife and I have stayed at in FL. 1 block from the trolley (the staff walked us right to it instead of pointing). Free port shuttle (tip my guy). We will be staying here again our next visit vs the downtown hotels given the proximity to the Trolley and the awesome staff.

Our stay was outstanding in every area except one. The pillows were horrible!!!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. AC works really well but when you try to get it colder than 70 it’s kicks on and off quite a bit. And there was not option to keep the fan on. (That’s just my personal choice) beautiful hotel and plenty of parking and Tesla chargers worked as well. In a good area and staff was awesome! Breakfast was ok, the options were ok but not a lot of variety. Overall staying in Ybor a great spot you can legit walk to the street from the hotel and get in the street car too.

the hotel was nice and close to the cruise port, free shuttle Miguel was so sweet in ensuring that my family made it to and from the cruise. And helped us get a cheaper ride back to Orlando International

Nice place to stay.. very closed to night clubs and bars.. so you don’t need to uber cause you can walk back to your room.. free breakfast was yummy and staff was amazing

The location was ideal especially it's so close to downtown. The hotel and the room itself was quiet. You didn't hear any other guests in the hallway or in the rooms next to you. The breakfast was good and the dining area was organized and clean. The parking garage just felt snug for my liking. My husband and I were in a truck. It felt like parking spots were too close. Breakfast was provided. It was good but I have a preference of the breakfast sausage to be browned more.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

How close it was to the night life, we were able to walk around all afternoon and also enjoy the e-bike etc. transportation Wish there was more protein options such as bacon for breakfast and maybe have it extended to 10:30am as well.

Step out the door onto 7th Ave and walk to interesting food and drinks - like stepping back in time to a degree.

Parking is paid and breakfast was basic and finished too early.
