Started off a little rough. When I called the front desk the lady was amazing. Fixed everything in 30 seconds. It took me longer to walk back downstairs then it did for her to fix it. Got my correct room. Thank you very much. It was very nice to say there was a problem and not get any pushback what so ever. That was a breath of fresh air. A+

We had a great experience. We were only there for one night for a show but it was wonderful and everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend

The lobby and pool are exactly as described! Chic and quite welcoming! Our room, which was a King sized bed deluxe room with balcony initially appeared fine. We arrived late at night. The next morning we awoke to roosters letting us know it was morning! How charming, right? Then we noticed no coffee machine in the room. But then I started noticing the room in the light. Yes, the sheets were clean…Yes, the bathroom was clean…Yet there was a musty smell… I look at the round light globes and notice the thick brown dust;the frames on the pictures actually have so much dust, it’s 3d. The curtains were so filthy the white sheers were a dusty tan. Yuck! Yuck! How can people rate this a 4.6 hotel? I told the person at the front desk as we left for the day. When we came back to the room, the bed was made and there were clean towels. The dust from years of neglect was still there. We checked out as soon as we could. You have been warned!

This trip I selected the courtyard room which is very quiet and has a great view. Highly recommend these rooms. I love the full size toiletries here (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash). The lighting in the room is such a nice touch with several combination options for softer and brighter lighting. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff that works in the bar, cafe and at the front desk go out of their way to be helpful. I love the complimentary coffee station in the mornings but there is also a cafe there too to order more than just coffee. Valet is super fast and thoughtful checking to see if you need the car later in the day or evening after returning to hotel. Location of the hotel is great as most everything is walkable (restaurants, store etc). Quick drive to wework downtown.

Location great. Breakfast didn't have enough familiar options. (Fancy food) Charged more than expected. Was told we would be texted when room ready, didn't happen. Sat in bar,area, never,served.

Haya clearly is the center of popularity in Ibor City. Lively bar, nice (albeit pricey) restaurant, wonderful, friendly staff. No wonder, since this is such an historic hotel, very tastefully and creatively renovated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with the highest quality bed and linens. Hard to find anything of note to fault.
