Hotel Haya

Really solid - clean, great pool, great dining on site, good location, cute vibes, modern, clean.

Trolly drop off was not far either and took me directly to the convention center.

Stains on floors but other then that room was ok. Our room was very noisy, it felt like rush hour was in our room and the band downstairs felt like it was in our room as well , we will never stay there again, it was not pleasant. No sound barrier at all... Employees were all nice.

Best hotel I ever stayed in

Amazing place, we love this hotel, right on the strip in Ybor but in a quieter area. The hotel is beautiful and the room they gave us this time was unbeatable. Pool was clean with towels ready, front desk was helpful, as usual no complaints!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is right next to restaurants and bars. Good for nightlife! Lots of people on the street late. But hotel is quite no disturbance from the crowds. Room was very nice.

The room was rusty and smells like mold

The room was basic and clean. The hotel is located in the downtown area and easy to get too. Great stay if you need to be in the downtown area

The hotel staff were so friendly. The location of the hotel is awesome. Wish the room was cleaner (less dusty) but otherwise it’s a great location.

The restaurant was great. Enjoyed the bar drinks. The bed is too low

Clean room and fun bar

The room was not too bad. The bed slept really well. The bathroom shower had a half glass wall and nothing else. That’s ok but water still escapes while you’re showering. They make sure you buy their triple to quadruple the price snacks or alcohol. Here’s the bad to this place. 1. After the second day I removed to DND from the outside to have the room serviced. I came in after a long day at the beach and the room had NOT been serviced and to top it off because of the room not having been cleaned, I ran out of toilet paper and it was far to late to wait on someone to bring it up. One of the guys in Valet told me that I had to request for my room to be serviced. WHAT??? Also, I was all but out of body wash and I had called down to get some brought up. The lady from housekeeping told me…you know there is body wash in the shower. That was rude considering I’ve been a guest for 2 days already but that is beside the point. Don’t make such a snarky comment as if you don’t have any common sense. 2. They tell you that you get a $20 credit to use and when I got my copy of the invoice emailed to me, there was no such credit. They billed me for it. So, would I stay again @ Hotel Haya, no I wouldn’t. I can spend the same amount of money and

Wonderful hotel and staff. Be prepared for extra fees such as parking and amenity fee that was not included at booking.

Hotel Haya was a unique and beautiful hotel. Loved every minute of my 3 night stay
