The staff was so helpful, decent breakfast The bathtub was clogged

Elevator displaying sign "not working" while only one elevator on the property was very off putting. (By the way, when used the elevator WAS working, maintenance staff advised to "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK". How exactly does paying customer use elevator in hotel use at their own risk?) More experienced staff needed to assist on the welcome desk. nobody on front desk displaying sign "will be back shortly" is unacceptable. Charging plugs on breakfast tables were out of order.

Because we arrived around 10 o'clock AM and check-in time was not until 3 PM they set up a room for us to wait until our room was ready and because our room was ready early they allowed us to check-in early so they blessed us especially since our journey started at 3 AM that morning I liked everything about it the only thing I'm having a problem with is I have not received my invoice to show my stay and paid in full to be reimbursed via email. I'm having a hard time navigating the website to get it. How can I get this information??

Location was ok Breakfast was good Pool area ok Some staff would openly moan and complain on the phone in reception which was within earshot of the dining area. Was a bit unprofessional

Elevators were broken. The shades were bad too and I had outside street light coming into the room.

The room was nice with great view. Location to the airport was great. Breakfast okay food was lukewarm. The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop.
