Pool wasn’t available to use which is why I booked the hotel to begin with. Every shower you stood in at least 3 inches of water. Food at restaurant wasn’t great. But manager and server did make it right.

Had a limited amount of time in Tampa, but booked an evening flight so we could spend our only free day utilizing the pool and outdoor area. When we arrive to check in, I was told the pool was closed, under construction and not expected to open until the last week of June. I think an email from the hotel notifying its guests of this would have been helpful, giving us the option to cancel and rebook our stay at a neighboring resort whose amenities were available. Very disappointed that I could only look at the pool and not jump in it!!

Very clean, and the staff was very nice and accommodating! The pool was under renovation, but the hotel was beautiful with beautiful views!

Great place to stay in. Clean, friendly staff the only problem was the elevators way to delayed and there were to times we had to take the stairs because the elevator to the parking garage never came. Other than that inconvenience everything excellent.

I thought it was a little ridiculous that there was a daily fee to park your car. As a hotel guest, parking should be free.

Property was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and valet was quick and helpful. The bar staff was also friendly and nice. Only down side was the pool area was not open. But still had access to the water at the bay.

This hotel has been recently renovated. It felt more like staying at The Four Seasons. It was really an exceptional stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel over the past eight years many times and I am ecstatic with the new renovation. I love the beds!

We were there for a birthday event, and It could not have been more perfect. The staff were friendly, the room was so nice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in a fabulous hotel.

The reason for the one star is because of the AC. It wasn’t cooling at all which made our night very uncomfortable.
