I left behind 2 items in my room by accident and when I contacted the hotel to retrieve my belongings for me they told that they could not locate them. I know for a FACT I left my Bluetooth speaker and my badge in the safe yet not novody from housekeeping turned in my items, you're better off staying somewhere else with a more trustworthy staff in case you happen to leave something behind and don't want it stolen

Good breakfast. Had a big room with a closed door but unfortunately in stayed some people there how was awake until 4 am and did a lot of noises especially open and closed doors to the korridor.

There seems to be zero sound proofing - people walking up and down the hall, so loud! People in the adjoining room, so loud!!

Sebastian from front desk was exceptional and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good interms of the taste. The housing keeping and kitchen staff were great. More variety of food choice for breakfast.

Quick check in, location near restaurants and arena for concert. Valet parking and amount of $ for parking.

Overall, beautiful place. Room was fine...$45 per day for parking is a bit much outside of NYC, imo. Nitpicking - they never made up our room one day. Not a big deal, everyone we encountered, from check-in to valet to hotel bar, was friendly and welcoming. They also sent up a nice anniversary gift unsolicited, which we certainly appreciated.
