Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa

Stayed at the studio apt for 2 days. Was very nice and clean, love the balcony. Difficult to check in since it’s virtual- make sure to check your Expedia (or third party) messages because I never received an email check in to get the code to the doors. The WhatsApp number and customer service was not helpful. But otherwise the stay was awesome!

No heads up about parking and the staff had no good information.

Great spot between downtown and Channelside/Waterstreet. Walkable to each, and also to Benchmark and the convention center. Check-in is virtual, and virtual support was very engaged and checked in regularly. Room was spacious, and comes with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Nice gym and pool.

I was suprised to find a full size washer and dryer, along with a full size refridgerator (with water and ice in the door!) and stove. They were able to squeeze more ammenties into a small space than I thought possible.

This is a very beautiful place to stay I loved the balcony I love the amenities that they have it's very useful it was an amazing day just that the first day that we came we had a little problem with getting the code because we got this through a third party app which is this app so you might have to call customer service. ❤️

Perfect location and the efficiency apartment was perfect! Absolutely recommend staying here and will plan to anytime I’m in Tampa!

250 deposit. Also had pool that we dis not know about. did not know about a gym also. Tampa was nice.

Amazing hotel !! Housekeeping however so rude talking loud and screaming in the halls at 8 am on a Saturday morning

Great space. Super quiet and comfortable. Close to everything. Very clean. Very safe. Easy to check-in. Owners Very responsive.

Not the best communication from Kasa (they didn't send check in instructions and we had to pay extra for parking across the street). The facility itself was pristine with great amenities, although one of the blankets on our bed kinda had a gross stain on the backside. Book at your own risk, I suppose. They were helpful when we did get them on the phone for the check in process after ten minutes of stressfully realizing that they hadn't sent us adequate details .

Great property to stay at however you have to pay for parking and it’s expensive
