Last minute stay. You get what you pay for - mattress and pillows were not the best, but decent. Room was clean, AC worked. Overall, fine and served our purpose!

Exelen location, the room very clean and good conditions but de air conditioner was very dirty and give much people alergy, and the bed clothe have blood, cigarette holes and the clean towels are very dirty

Okay for 1 night

The "hotel" is clearly a place for hookers and drug dealers. The room was dirty also had signs of water and fire damage. Thankfully I only needed it for one night. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Location and price

The convenience of the venue for our concert was awesome . Just be aware that there is a cash deposit required and we were unaware of that before our visit and it's nowhere listed on hotels.com for this location. Rooms definitely needed to be updated. TV in room required personal signins to use.

Room was...fine, I guess. Tub drain was clogged, so that was fun with the slippery tub. (That bathtub is a lawsuit waiting to happen, btw. No grip on the ground and very slippery) Couple dead roaches in the bathroom. Strong smell that lasted the night, either clearing product or something to mask other smells. It was fine for the price, and the location is very convenient. If there was more than one night needed, I probably wouldn't have stayed.

It is a good overnight stop. I would not recommend more than a night or 2. No amenities in the room. We attended a concert and it is in Great walking distance to the venue. Upon presentation the rooms look clean, but with deeper looks it is dirty. The floors were slippery and not washed. (Socks tell the story) There was hair in the bathtub. Some areas on the counters were dirty and not wiped down. Linens appeared clean but we slept on top of the covers. Housekeeping needs to be reeducated on how to clean properly and management should follow up.

Very poor hygienic. The A/C was very noice.

The floors needed mopped and a new shower liner was needed. It's an older place. The linens were nice though.
