Clean a little noise from lobby and elevator.

This has to be one of the newest and freshet hotels I have stayed at. We went to see a conci at the midflorida amp. It will take 20-30 minutes to walk each way. There's a Wawa right next door that is a couple minute walk to get snacks/soda/beer. Otherwise there's not much walkable food. We were able to take an Uber to the casino for about $10.

Conveniently located near the Amphitheater and fairgrounds.

Room was clean but there was no hot water for showers just thankful we were only there 1 night. They also didn’t know what the extra perk should be for a silver member said they had never heard of this.

We had some things we could do around town and came back at 5pm to be safe and the room still wasn't ready! Was then told it would be another half hour. After 30 minutes it STILL wasn't ready. I was told it would be 5 more minutes, which finally ended up to be true. But we had somewhere to be at 6pm that we needed to shower and change for, so this was extremely inconvenient and we ended up arriving late to our event. If we had stayed in the room for over 2.5 hours longer than we should have we would have been charged around $60 according to the late checkout info, but we received nothing for our loss of that time (well, they did tell me I could grab a snack, so I suppose we got a $2 snack for our troubles). If they had been upfront about the happenings maybe we could have made other arrangements, but all they did was continually give incorrect time information. And this was not just us, other guests were in the same situation. Not very good customer service. The hotel and room were as expected when we finally got in, except for a long brown hair that was on the bathroom counter.

Original room assigned had not been cleaned. Coffee maker in room was useless because there were no cups provided. Soap in shower was empty.

Great place to stay in. Clean and friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay.

The coffee from the coffee shop was surprisingly excellent. The location to the Fairgrounds was perfect, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and pretty quiet. The cost was too high. Over $300 for one night with zero extras. Was just a plain Jane hotel. In addition, no real customer service. The staff were nice, but not exactly helpful. Upon arrival in our room, the TV was not receiving a signal, the fridge was turned off and unplugged so we had to actually pull it out of the cabinet ourselves and plug it in. Then, it froze our water. Finally, the bathroom door was not sized/hung correctly so it did not shut.

Upon check in the room was dirty with pillowcases stained with red lipstick. I returned the pillowcase to the front desk and told them that the room was not properly clean, and I was advised that housekeeping cleaned the room and they were not on site. The pool was extremely dirty and unusable.

This hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Close to the casino and very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.
