OMG where do I even start ?❤️ first of all i made a wrong booking and booked a room with pool access instead of a villa my bad i was in a rush and my travel date was approaching etc etc. However the property is gorgeous the facilities are amazing the staff gracious the food ugh lovely i cannot recommend it enough especially if you are celebrating a special occasion. Money well spent ❤️ Absolutely nothing

Everything was perfect. The property offers a unique experience surrounded by nature, with beautiful rice field views and a peaceful atmosphere. The open design made it feel adventurous and authentic, giving us a true Bali experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the overall stay was very relaxing. Because the property is open and surrounded by nature, there were occasionally insects and small animals around, but this is expected and part of the experience.

The property was a work of art and had an amazing staff that made our stay feel very special. They not only treated us incredibly, but they made the stay feel very personal as they all remembered our names and greeted us by name. We booked our transfer to our next hotel through the hotel and their driver, Yana, was especially wonderful. He was a great, safe driver who looked out for us and helped guide us with the best of care. Nothing

The staff truly goes above and beyond. The whole resort is beautiful and everything has been finished to a high standard. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were of high quality. Google maps on grab isn't 100% accurate so it was a bit tricky to get picked up/dropped off at the entrance. We visited end of rain season but couldn't find a way to keep our sun beds dry (even when putting on the rain covers provided). These were minor inconveniences compared to how nice the villa and resort were and we would book again.

This was one of the best experiences of our family's life. There is so much attention to detail and every little piece of the experience feels highly intentional. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they helped us celebrate a birthday with flower decorations, balloons, a private bbq, and a custom-made cake. Everything was delicious and the facilities were top-notch. We loved our jacuzzi, private pool, bathtub, and lounge nets. Everyone here went above and beyond to make sure each person in our group felt content. We also loved the gym, sauna, steam room, ice plunge, and a variety of massages on offer. The trip was so meaningful that we ended up buying pictures from a photoshoot and paying for some of the Bambootel-branded hand bags. There could be an improved communication system where all of the staff are synchronized on each customer's requests and if/when they were fulfilled.
