THERE IS NOTHING THERE TO LIKE The rooms are dirty, the bed sheet was dirty and the bath rooms are like refuse damp, mosquitoes were everywhere

I would like to get a refund. I only stayed there for less than an hour after seeing the place. The place wasn't sanitary and booking.com can visit the place themselves to see the condition of the place. Blue sink was stained yellow and broken pipes. Tiles are dirty and the smell was unpleasant. It was very dingy and questionably livable. I asked for a refund and was advised to contact booking.com. They said you have the access to refunding my payment. I have proof that the charge went through. I do not know why it still says payment declined. Please issue a refund as the photos is not what the place actually looked like. I understand it was old but the actual place was very unsanitary.
