Hotel Santika Premiere ICE - BSD City

Hotel is great for business and leisure in BSD City. Wonderful And knowledgeable concierge team (thanks Suherdi!) and good breakfast to start your day well. Rooms fine for business travelers, fairly big and comfortable. Nothing, really liked the stay for conference and some sightseeing. Returning customer

It is a great conference hotel for events in ICE BSD City in a very prepared setting for busy conference participants. Service is quick and efficient, appropriate rooms, and great breakfast service. Special shoutout to their concierge service that attend to all requests. Nothing, I think everything went well. Staying here again.

Noisy. You can loudly hear the cars

There is not too much around the hotel and you need a car or taxi for moving around, since restaurants etc are not within walking distance.

Caca, the receptionist is very friendly. The room is very spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is very good. Breakfast area could be very crowded during events nearby.

I recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro, and overall the experience was nearly perfect. The room was clean and well appointed (I was taking two rooms ie one suite room with a connecting door to my kids deluxe room). The staff were friendly and attentive, the location is convenient for exploring the Bintaro area, and you don’t need to worry about the parking area. They have huge and spacious parking area at the basement. There were 2 things that slightly affected my comfort: First, the room service meals, particularly the main dishes were quite salty, which made them less enjoyable. Second, despite the comfortable bedding, I found it a bit difficult to sleep at night due to noise from the street, especially loud sport bikes passing by. With a few tweaks especially around food seasoning and sound isolation, it would be a 5-star experience. I’d consider staying again perhaps requesting a room facing away from the street next time.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the location is perfect. Booking this hotel to attend an even on ICE, and it was within walking distance. thereare minimarkets near the location. the breakfast is painfully plain. The menu selection was eh, and the taste of the food is so underwhelming for the room at that rate.

The location when attending conferences is all there is to like about this hotel The list is long: the lobby is always crowded like a kampong market with people eating and smoking on the hotel steps and who just seem to be hanging around there. No AC in the lobby. Only 25 to 30% AC zone in the restaurant. Extremely poor and low quality of food selection. Rooms are very noisy: I looked for an open window so much I could hear the road noise from the 9th floor. There is just no insulation at all: heat and noise! Nice but poorly trained staff, low command of English. This is not an international class hotel by any means. Excepted for the price. It is a hotel that only rely on its location for conferences, nothing else. Next time, I’ll commute to and from another hotel. And there are plenty good hotels in Jakarta.

Not many staff, no security , asked for extention checkout , but they cut the card without any information after say okay.

Friendly staff and a good location The hallway smells like smoke, you can notice that previous guests smoked in the rooms. Also the food is simply inedible, they gave the wrong order and the payment process was not smooth hence I paid cash. The hotel looks a bit outdated and the gym is not really a gym. I think an upgrade to the rooms and gym / spa facilities would do good. The breakfast was also a bit limited. It’s relatively basic.

The location was great! It is poorly maintained. Bed linen’s aren’t fresh. They didn’t even change the linen I stained. Fresh towels were not provided daily. The staff were having a good time around rhe lounge bar when I arrived. No one even helped unload luggages or assist to open the door while i am dragging my luggages. They just looked at me! No one was at the reception. It was terrible! At night, I can hear tables and chairs being dragged around, footsteps, and some wierd noises. I even told the receptionist about it but it wasn’t useful.
