The housekeeping was slow in delivering stuffs that I needed for the room. Also they didn’t give the replacement towels and bath mat every time they clean the room, so I had to ask them all the time.

Do you know what a catfish is? it’s a fish that pretends it’s a cat. Not in the literal way of course, but it pretends it’s something it’s not - just like this hotel. I’ll tell you why; - Hygiene is a disaster. Pictures seem like quite a clean hotel but even the beds smell and feel terrible (you can feel the bedbugs and let’s not even start about the bathroom) - Staff is not friendly and does not speak English. Or let’s call it rude? you want to check in yes? Okay now wait silently for 10 minutes while we pretend we’re busy and not talk to you. Sign here and that’s it. - Location is okayish, because it’s close to the airport (the main reason why we went). However, you will find yourself in the slums of Jakarta. The actual hotel also looks like a apartment building in the slums by the way, nothing like the picture indicates. - Noise is terrible. This hotel is located right in front of a terribly busy road and the rooms are not properly soundproofed, which means that you won’t get a second of sleep. As if you weren’t already jetlagged from your flight. Hoping to have informed you properly before making a decision.
