EVERYTHING! From the lobby, reception, the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, the therapist for reflexy, the bed, the size of the room, the breakfast, the mini bar, and I could go on forever None

it was lovely stay. Check in process was smooth. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy. Breakfast is excellent. They provided complimentary year end dinner to their guests. I really appreciated. None.. everything is perfect.

Location, cleanliness, extremely attentive staff. Only one small thing: at the end of the day, if I were returning to my room later in the evening, there would sometimes be a slight smell from across the hall near the stairway, which I think is stemming from accumulated garbage from throughout the day. Other than this, everything else was perfect.

I had a very memorable and comfortable stay here at Tentrem Jakarta. It has the same standard as the other sites at Jogjakarta and Semarang, and the location is here is very convenient. Plenty facilities that can be accessed, including gym, swimming pool, spa, and kids club. The restaurants are varied with the local Indonesian, Chinese food, Italian food options available.

The breakfast is very good, the property is very good. Every think I am very like.

The decor, minimalist Javanese design. All of the cakes are excellent. Plenty of breakfast buffet options + all the jamu to choose from. Upon check-in i was asked if i want to pay a little extra to upgrade for the junior suite room, and instead we received the Kraton Suites at the junior suite room ? love the room! It was a great gift for my mother’s birthday!

The breakfast is quite varied with decent taste (the yellow rice was slightly undercooked), the room is clean, the staff was friendly during check-in, and the check-in and check-out process was reasonably quick. The housekeeping staff were nice.. The lobby staff were friendly but not helpful. They wouldn't bother to help close the door or ask if there's anything they could assist with, like carrying stuffs. They just greet us and stood there. This is also the only hotel that is strict about borrowing towels at the swimming pool. One room is limited to borrowing only two towels, and they didn’t hesitate to stop us to say that the maximum is two towels, even though they could see we had three children who had just finished swimming. I actually booked two rooms. It would be better if they asked how many rooms we booked before politely refusing by saying "one room can only have two towels." It’s embarrassing for them, too, when they realize we had booked more than one room. The valet staff's driving skills were lacking. I brought a Tesla and ended up parking it myself. During check-out, many staff and security personnel were standing around in the lobby doing nothing, but they didn’t assist either. Even when we were leaving, no one helped stop the traffic for the car to exit. On the first day of breakfast, I wasn’t helped to find a table, had to ask to clean the table, and even had to ask for cutlery. Overall, this is a hotel with plenty of staff but very inefficient, as they lack proper training and helpfulness. Even BCA security is better than this hotel's staff. The price is also overpriced for a room with such design and service quality.
