The location is very good and not far from Airport. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is available even in the late hours. Carpets could have been cleaned better

The breakfast menu is limited. Maybe because Alam Sutera itself not much of tourist attraction for people to stay long in the area. But we still hoping for more variety

The pool and smoking area in a same location and its really bad for kids when using the swimming pool

Great stay, great pool area, staff was friendly and welcoming. They are undergoing some renovations, which they were upfront about. While this is going on, don't expect an afternoon nap.

Close to a Shopping Center and some redtsurants The rooms and hotel in general is very dirty, the hygiene level of the interior of the rooms is very bad and not acceptable at all. The carpets have n the floors are very dirty and everything needs to be renovated before serious problems are appearing ! The food to the breakfast is not acceptable for foreigners. Just one small coffee machine is available in the restaurant and clients and waiters are taking very long for waiting and “winning” a coffee in general. I guess the responsible management needs to be changed and the hotel closed for renovations. During my stay some parts of the hotel have been closed because of “internal maintenance”…. But the cost of the rooms are very expensive.
