It was comfortable and the location was good. The washroom was very tiny. The breakfast options were pretty basic.

Very economical hotel room that is about 10 minutes away from the ICE. The staff is also very nice and friendly and helpful and they are working really hard to try and keep this place up and running. Unfortunately this hotel and the rooms has seen better days. There are just random dark stains on the walls and lots of scuffs/marks on certain things. It just doesn't look or feel like a very nice hotel. The bathroom and shower are one combo so when you shower the toilet area gets wet. Overall the place felt clean but didn't look clean, it just looked run down. I can say that the pictures they show do not reflect the current state of the property unfortunately. Each room also has smoke alarms and apparently I set mine off while showering. A security guard came to my door and checked to see if I was smoking (I was not). The wifi on my floor/in my area didn't work. I asked the staff to check into it and they couldn't fix it. They let me use their internal employee/staff network instead and that was fine.

It’s clean and affordable in the center of BSD City, Tangerang. McDonald’s is next to the property, also there are some restaurants and Alfamart next to the property as well. I could hear the noise from the neighbor, the rooms aren’t soundproof.

the bathroom is really bad and dirty. this facility did not use bleach for laundry and cleaning. so expect thing will not be white and clean. bathroom.

I love the cleanliness of the room. The staff are also very helpful, and the location of the hotel is right next to McDonald's, and that was excellent. it's easy to grab lunch and dinner

Value for money clean in a good location. Originally booked for 2 nights and move to another hotel instead we extended for another 6 nights.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. Due to sudden illness we had to make arrangements, additional days at the hotel etc. No problem at all-our requests met empathy and kindness. MOdern, clean rooms. Services like free water, cooled and hot drinks at reception, day and night. Help with getting transport etc. We can not think of any

Signal internet is not too good, even my gsm more worse than the wifi.

It's not clean enough (some stains on the blanket), the check in process is weird. I was asked to pay first by transfer a few days before my date, and when I checked in the staff still asked for me to pay again. Thankfully he understood after I explained & showed the evidence. But it shows the lack of coordination between staffs. They also weren' ready enough when I checked in, there was not towel yet, & no tissues at all in the room.
