room are small space. staffs takes time to taking order ( been twice asking for complementary water ) water at the sink was small flow public toilet near to the hotel restaurant are :( gross. full tissue and the hole closet have tissue. trash bin as well it seems they never do controling at the female public toilet. and the next door at the female toilet got leaking the water. the staff is knocking the door while we r already tell the receptionist we r doing late check out but its shows that they have no good communication between the team.

1. Rooms are spacious, especially the suite room 2. The Breakfast menu is quite varied 3. Staffs are very helpful 4. good value for money 1. No hand shower at the bathroom 2. Free parking is included, but you must always ask for validation at the reception every time you want to leave the parking lot

The staff are friendly. The toilet looks old and overused, old towels, old TV, broken safe, cell phone signal are very low in the room.

The hotel is connected to Teras Kota which makes it easier for us to go to a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. No telephone in the room. If you want to order room service you need to go down to the reception. This is the most annoying part, the water glow is very low! Don't expect to have nice hot shower! The sofa needs to be replaced. The cushion foam inside has lost its resilience so the feels so hard when you sit on it!

Good hotel in great location right next to a big shopping center with cafes and restaurants. Rooms are clean but a bit old. Breakfast great with a lot of local and international options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotels asks for parking fee even when you just get picked up. Room door lock was not always working properly.
