I stayed in Grand Zuri also in April 2016. It was excellent, and I therefore came back! The breakfast is outstanding with lots of choices and very high quality. In fact it was a good way to get to know the INdonesian kitchen! Staff is friendly. Rooms and facilities are very clean and good-looking.

Not busy and no need to face jem Receptionist at counter need more welcome.. When they see people in front the counter they need to ask what they need. When I reach at counter to check in the reception people just bother me and they are busy doing something which is I think they need to serve and give priority to me first.. I need to waited 2 3 minutes..

Coming after almost 20 hours flight, got the room with broken Air Conditioning, have to wait for half an hour until the technician comes without any result, lucky got room replacement but the mood was gone already. Nice breakfast
