The hotel is new and clean, good service from staff, nicd breakfaat too The price to expensive compare to the facility in the room, no bathub, and bathroom floor is to shallow, and dangerous for old people as possible to fell on

The room was specious, clean and good view. The facility quite a lot. Kids enjoying the playground. I think you need to put the curtain in the bathroom, so when you take a shower, the water will not splash around.

The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was conveniently accessible. I truly appreciated how thoughtful the staff were—for example, they kindly provided me with an extension cable so I could work comfortably in the restaurant. The daily variety of breakfast options made the stay even more enjoyable. The room had a connecting door so that we could hear the neighbors a little loudly. Not a big deal, but I do wish it were quieter. Overall, no complaints—I still enjoyed my stay!

Very modern, beautiful for a 4-Star hotel. Pillows - Too soft, no form. Bed - A bit too firm, my body felt a little stiff when waking up.

They only issue 1 key card per room. This is ok if you are staying alone. But for rooms which were charged for 2 person. It is only fair to issue 2 keycard. Very inconvenient!! They should be flexible enough on the matter.

Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order. Very selected food option whether inroom dinning or breakfast food selection. The towel are torn and bit stain on the pillow case. Hopefully they will looking into.
