CONJIOO HOTEL at JAKARTA AIRPORT

I had planned on having food on site but they were so busy they couldn't even take my order. And there are very few options nearby. I ended up ordering Grad delivery. And the breakfast options the next morning weren't great.

Far from the city center, no customers service i had to transfer all my luggage to the room by myself, the room was not clean and have many ants and insects

staff from the kitchen is not kind, they did treats us differently from other customers. just because after my husband asked for a little milk for the coffee because he dont drink coffe with sugar but with a little bit milk, but they said they dont have milk and actually they have but they just dont want tell us. after that i see they have a milk because the woman staff just took it out to give the customer who want to buy from their cafe. while us having free breakfast from the hotel, my husband ask if he can have a little bit milk to his coffee but she said cannot and she said with a tone that make people hear it annoyed. then after a bit time she said we have to pay just for a little bit milk not even half a cup of coffee. thats not nice and not professional! if they have, they should tell us in first time my husband ask and we can buy it. but they just show that they dont want to serve us. after that, next day they ignored us, they dont greeting us, even when we coming they just go inside. my advice is that hotel should replace them with a better and friendlier person, this is really bad experience. of course makes us not want to stay at this hotel again. even though the facilities, cleanliness and staff from the hotel are very good. but the staff from the kitchen really bad attitude!

Everybody should stay away from this hotel. I had a very bad food poisoning. I arrived to the hotel very hungry and I ordered food from the kitchen, which was rice with chicken and teriyaki sauce, a few slices of watermelon and small salad with sauce of orange color. After I ate the meal I slept in order to catch my flight the next day very early in the morning. I woke up in the morning in a terrible health condition. Severe diarrhea and vomiting. I almost missed my flight. I was pooping and vomiting the whole time; in the hotel, in the airport and in the plane. My flight back to the Netherlands, which was about 20 hours, was a nightmare. In the plane I didn't eat one single bite because I vomit every time I eat. The crew of the plane tried very hard to comfort me but I didn't feel better. I will submit an official complaint to Booking.com and to the hotel itself.

Nice and bright room, hot shower, free airport shuttle. Good price ( we paid 15 euros for double room without breakfast)

Spacious. Really close to the airport. Free shuttle. Helpful staff. Great value. Weird smell in the bathroom, goes away with time.

Not get close to the airport. Our room had a very musky/fungusy smell. My CO2 monitor never reached lower than 2500 ppm, even with the bathroom ventilation on all night. Internet was slow. Shuttle departs at weird time (13:00 where 12 is check out time) and only three times per day. Breakfast was meagre and staff not very friendly. We accidentally chipped a cheap mug and they insisted we pay 150.000 IDR to replace it when we honestly reported it during checkout. Talked them down to 100.000 but it’s still ridiculous.
