Cozy property with friendly staff. Those who are looking for a budget stay near the beach, this is a good option. The bed is big and firm, the pillows are firm too. Wifi and hot water supply was 24/7. You get a free iron with stand at the corridor for use. The cleanliness was up to the mark. We had issues with the toilet flush, they repaired it instantly. Really liked the cordial behavior and nice cooperation and instant service of the property manager Mr. Ravi. He also gave us suggestions on areas to explore. Wishing all the best to whoever is visiting next! I recommend staying in upstair room 208, though it’s a bit congested, it has a small balcony which ensures a nice city view. In one word - GAiA is heavenly for budget travelers who are looking out for a calm and experiential stay.

The bed was really comfy, and the AC worked well, which made the room comfortable overall. It was within walking distance of pharmacies, shops etc. The space was quite small for two people with suitcases — it felt a bit cramped — and the street noise was quite loud at times, especially during the night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly charged a ‘government tax fee’, but the next morning the manager let us know this was a mistake. They refunded us and resolved the issue really quickly, which we appreciated. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It suited our needs for a short trip, but just be aware of the compact size and street noise.

Location near to the beach, comfy king bed size, free parking.. Everything is perfect, I'll definitely stay here again. Nothing, just creepy lightning electric-static from the comforter fabric..me and my husband was freak out, our first experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to eateries, shopping and sightseeing. Easy parking, 24 hrs convenient stores nearby. The room rate is definitely worth it. TV is user-friendly, making easy to find films or tv programs on YouTube, and internet is fantastic and strong. The bed is comfortable, and the room is kept clean. We especially love the balcony room, it always a highlight of our return trips and satisfying stays. The Tanjung Tokong 33 Best Food Hub, Hillside food court Tanjung bungah and German restaurant Ingolf's Kneipe are our favorite spots, offering great food at reasonable prices. We highly recommend Gaia hotel. All good. Nothing to complain about.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Gave us a few things for us to do to fill our day. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Slightly out of the way so had to rely on taxi’s or do what we did and rent a moped which is about 10/15 minute drive away.
