Good location, room is comfortable, breakfast has many option, the main restaurant is nice overall great hotel The ground and swimming pool need updates, the Thai restaurant in the top the food is horrible

The entire team were so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfy bed, villas are modern with lots of daily treats left in the room. Breakfast was great, we loved the fresh coconuts and the coffee was excellent. Had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best I have ever had! Overall a wonderful stay and would go back. Rainforest experience in the spa is a little tired. Drink prices are high but felt the quality of spirits used in cocktails did not match this. No problem paying the price tag but better quality is needed.

Stunning views, great spa and massage, friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Great experience in the bird nest restaurant and the hydrotherapy experience. Small pool right in front of main restaurant and spa. Buggy was slow to arrive sometimes

if you want to get away from town and be away from crowds, look no further. felt a bit let down in terms of value. dont get me wrong - this is a proper luxury resort, but i feel like i got more value out of other resorts not too far away for 60% less. either way, our stay was very nice.

The location is amazing The bed is the most amazing I have slept in. The staff very friendly and make the stay to feel luxurious. Nicky the manger was very professional solving my problems upon arrival The only one bad thing is the food. The food isn’t worth the money for it. I ordered a stake, the meat was not fresh, I asked to bring it back they said they don’t refund of bad food, also I told about that to manger upon checking out and he didn’t even refunded me. Food very expensive and not the level you expect from a place like that.

The location is incredible, the service, the food, all was perfect. The hotel is located at the end of the beach thus is used almost only by the hotel guests. The water is clear and warm. The restaurants are amazing, for both food and service. There is a beautiful view of the islands (daily cruise recommended) and each evening you can witness different colors of the stunning sunsets. Nothing.

Quiet and peaceful. Staff very professional and friendly. Excellent food. Would have been great to have spa facilities (sauna, steam, hot tub, cold plunge, etc.)

- Amenities and room facilities are available all the time . - The pool was cool ?. - By a call you will get whatever you want. - Take care of our baby , especially they provide free milk for him . _ The beach was neat and sea is awesome ( can not explanin the fabulous sunset ). Nothing at all , everything is perfect . Only the prices of the restaurants inside is costly, an dif any possibilities to reduce them .

Everything was perfect The Hotel located close to nature, so during the rainy season, you may occasionally hear sounds from animals in the surrounding area.thats the only thing i didn’t used to it nosy in the night time

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The location is stunning with a beautiful beach, and the complimentary island trip was such a memorable touch. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Our private pool was simply amazing, providing the perfect space to relax in total privacy. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very stylish. Every detail reflected comfort and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay, and I will definitely return! None!

Pools are unfortunately are not heated and it was very cold, although the temperature outside was in the 30s which led us not to enjoy it
