It was very clean, close to the bus stop and a great restaurant within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful.

Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location is not ideal if you do not have your car. This was due to the bus's as they were usually really late but still easy to get into the city!

Beautiful villa, nice breakfast and a very beautiful view of the monastery.

Clean I did not feel safe , as well i found my car get hit by hammer … i do not now who buy it could be someone did not like that we arrived lat in the night .

Nice location, clean room, private parking, friendly host. The AC is turned off every morning at 7:00 which makes it very difficult to sleep.

The rooms were spacious and lovely the building was beautiful The property was 25 mins outside of florence and taxis were very difficult to get 25 to 40 euros a time 4hrs waiting in the center at night to get one made our stay really hard work..also unfortunately for me the cleaner left a window which is quite high up open and i got bit over 60 times during the night only to realise im the morning there was a window open which made the rest of my stay quite uncomfortable and made me really unwell unfortunately i spent my last day in bed..

Not good, not clean, not comfortable, actual it didn't match the photos on booking. The bath water is suddenly hot and cold, and there is no way to take a good bath after a long journey and it was the worst hotel I have stayed in Italy. Since the location was just a transit point for us, I chose a normal hotel that was convenient near the highway. The hotel staff repeatedly urged us to arrive before 8 o'clock, but the reservation did not specify this rule. I contacted the hotel in advance and told the stuff that we were coming from Milan, it was a long way and we were expected to arrive before 9: 00, of course we would try our best to arrive earlier, But there was something wrong with the car that day and it was delayed for half an hour, so we arrived at 8: 45, I informed again 2 hours in advance and apologized. But I still felt the staff's Impatience.

Exceptional property with great history. Well maintained with excellent staff. Fabrizia was exceptionally helpful with guiding us around the property and also helped us out with bus tickets, maps of Florence and what not to miss with the kids. She also booked us in a close by restaurant for one night for dinner! The bus service no. 37 should be the easiest one to get to and from the city centre. Unfortunately we had multiple occasions where the bus just won’t turn up! Apparently happens frequently with some buses in Florence.
