Lovely friendly hotel. Great pool and delicious breakfast

Good location to sights and dining, secured underground parking, nice big room, nice pool and grounds. Breakfast was just ok and a zoo at times. Bar could not break a 20 euro note.

Nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and facilities. The shower temperature kept changing from hot to cold, not a pleasant experience when using it .

Location was very convenient - easy walking distance everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. The heated indoor pool and Turkish Spa were great. The room didnt have any USB chargers. If you don't happen to bring any yourself then there is nowhere to put your USB cable in to charge your devices. The self-serve breakfast buffet was okay, but my husband asked for an omelet to be made, and the onions and whatever else were included were not cooked first, so he had a mouthful of raw onions inside his omelet... After that we opted to eat our breakfast at a nearby Brunch place by the river instead (very good food there!).

Great family friendly and family oriented property. The facility was beautiful and one bedroom junior suite perfect for our family of four. Bathroom was large and room was large, easy to move around. I wish I knew that swimming caps are required to use the indoor heated pool and spa facilities.

Great location, good value, staff at check in were wonderful. Surprised to find the main pool under renovation, surprised that was not mentioned when booking.

Nice that you can get a kettle in room upon request. Cleaning staff as well as desk very nice. Nice city view from room. some work being done downstairs in the hotel so there’s some noise —it seems like everywhere in Tavira they are working so I will be discovering a new place next time. Included breakfast was amazing. Tons of choices and fresh cooked eggs stand. Parking underneath the hotel was great. Heating did not work and neither did the room safe.

Asked for a kettle in my room and they said I couldn’t get it until 9 AM and I wanted coffee early so that was a disappointment— and the fact that the kettles are not in the room automatically is a drawback because a lot of people want coffee without having to dress and go down for breakfast

Location was good easy to explore Tavira by foot, breakfast was good and seemed maintained, bar was good about filling water bottles with ice and filtered water for our outings. Room was clean felt slightly dated but very clean. Pool was cool but not cold, hot tub was warm. Didn’t like that pool wasn’t open very late and booking had to be made. No coffee available in the morning only at the buffet.
