The location is excellent, the boat that goes to Tavira Island stops right in front of the door. The breakfast included is good. The rooms we got need a serious refurbishment, specially the toilets. The breakfast was included but the second day we had to leave early in the morning and there was nobody in the reception to hand it, despite the fact that we had warned them. The two rooms were communicated but there was a light in the corridor in between which couldn't be switch off. This was especially annoying during the night since the doors had to be kept open because of the kids. Taking everything into account, the price seems way too high to me. I can't recommend it.

Everything! Excellent location, view, staff, and on site restaurant. They even carried our luggage upstairs! Nothing!

The location of the hotel on the street by the river was lovely and central, allowing for a easy exploration of the town. The breakfast was tasty. There was nothing we didn't like, but you should know that there are stairs!

Location is amazing, water front, close to everything. Very small room, bathroom is not as clean and outdated. There is a lot of noise. Our room was not ready for check-in because the hotel had a large group the previuos day and the cleaning person was not done, this should not be used as an excuse since you are a hotel you should be ready for this. They made us wait and no compensation was offered, not even a bottle of water, they sent us to the attached restaurant where the waitress rudely informed they were closed and could not be there. The breakfast was not good, cold and flavorless food was served.

This classic waterside hotel that includes a restaurant provided us with a very nice stay. A bonus was the mini-fridge and electric kettle that made for extra comfort. There were herbal infusion teas, which was great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and having soy milk available was very welcome for the vegan. While the showers came with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, not having a working wall holder for the shower head was annoying, but resolved by showering with a friend.

The service was excellent, the breakfast was good and location was perfect. There is a terrace with a nice view over Tavira. We even used sauna to finish our short stay. The furniture and spaces need a little updating.

Cute, fun accommodations, with a few surprises! A sauna and rooftop terrace! Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. It was clean, the restaurant served good food and a nice breakfast was included.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great as we took the ferry out to the island for a few hours and walked across the bridge to check out attractions on the other side of town. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner and the included breakfast was very good..Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. And free parking for our rental car was very close. It was all very good.

Right on the river and convenient to walk into town. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, proteins, whole grains, and custard tarts. Charming older building. We also had supper in the restaurant; good value and quick service. They proactively sent clear instructions about the road closures and where to park. Charming front desk and restaurant staff. Mini fridge in the room. Room had very little space and no view. Parking in the city lots is free but it’s a bit of a hike.

A great location with free parking just down the street. Nice to have a good breakfast included. Lots of sites and restaurants just outside your door. A lovely location to walk around and enjoy!
