Good location. Great staff. Terrible breakfast. Carpets could stand cleaning. Elevator carpets filthy. Bedsheets a bit pile-y. Bathroom well stocked. I would appreciate that if all the people that just can't travel without their dear pets be restricted to one floor and have a designated spot for breakfast so that their barking dogs do not disturb us as we and others go and come to our rooms or have to think that dog hairs may be in/on our food. I did kind of cringe a little to think that a dog or other pet had been allowed to stay or urinate in the room we stayed in. I like pets, but I look from a sanitation point of view. Overall, a good 2-night stay: peaceful and quiet.

Suitable! Would use again

We reserved two double queen bed suites. One room reeked of cigarettes and had random hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre, but free. Staff was amazing, helpful and welcoming. This was a one day day.

Rooms were spacious, plenty of stoarag3 and counter space. Nice size kitchenette, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very convenient location for food, shipping and airport. Breakfast choices were lacking and did not look appetizing. Beds were very noisy.

I stay here every time I'm in Taylor. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient.

The property was in close proximity to the both the airport and our destination. The staff was amazing and tried to accommodate everything we needed as we were traveling for the death of a family member. Everything was super clean, and the rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was an added bonus. We didn’t realize that it had a pool when we booked, but we will definitely book again on our next trip to Michigan.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had no issues during our visit. The accommodations met our expectations, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again when visiting the area

The rooms are top notch, very spacious and lots of thoughtful touches in each room. All of the staff were friendly. I love the lobby area, very spacious and welcoming. Sam was very helpful to us. We had hoped to get in a little early because of the air quality and she helped facilitate that. She does a great job at the front desk. We had stayed at your motel last year around this time and it was wonderful then, too. We have absolutely no complaints.

I liked that the room was very spacious and clean. I also liked that there was a kitchen area inside the room. What I didn’t like is that I didn’t get housekeeping services. I was gone all day and came back to a room that had not been restocked with bath towels, paper towel, bed made, vacuum, etc. That was my only disappointment.

Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?

Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff was great. Wonderful location, across from the mall, restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor area to sit & Wonderful fire pit. Loved the hotel
