Location. - Room service no privacy. - No ear cotton. - No tooth paste and brushes.

The location was very good. Hiring of self driven car is recommended as one can tour this beautiful country. Also best eateries are to the north of the city and the hotel is slightly south but not very far.

Amazingly clean. It a brand new building (or renovated) - Western European/USA style rooms. a) The lobby was a wonderful place to sit with ONE exception - the loud music. I do not know if this is this particular IBIS or that culturally people prefer loud music. I spent most of my life in USA, and did not appreciate the music. b) I love long walks so I did not mind the fact that it was a 45 minute to the tourist aware. Some others might like it less. BUT -- it a brand new building (or renovated) - Western European/USA style rooms. It IS in a nice neighborhood - just a 45 minute walk from the historical area.

Just location.All other aspects are awfull(very bad) Staying here is really challange for you and your health.Every time you should call technican to use shower in other case hot water doesnt come.Unfortunately if you want to take a shower before 9a.m or after 8 p.m you should wait technican comes to work(you are right it is funny).The woman who cleans the romm takes any your thing without noticing you.Then you should search your own belongings.DONT STAY AT THIS AWFUL HOTEL. I dont recommend

Just better than most (small) hotels in Tbilisi. Clean, good breakfast and excellent WIFI. The staff is friendly and hard working. The breakfast can be chaotic when large groups are present.
