The overall condition of the hotel was good. The staff and receptionist were polite and helpful, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, if you are looking for a proper low-cost hotel, I would recommend BOHO Tiflis Hotel. One small disadvantage was that the room was slightly cold at first, but after some time using the air conditioner, the room became warm and comfortable.

The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was also really good. Location wasn’t amazing. It’s a bit cut off from rest. Only near by grocery or shop is by fuel station.

The room was clean and tidy. Located within the main city, with the main road/highway visible despite being a bit difficult to access. Value for money since we got it in offer price. Difficult to access and locate from the road, with no lift/elevator, so we had to carry heavy luggage to the 2nd floor (though one night staff member kindly helped). Carpet or mat placed in front of the room door/lobby caused kids to trip, and an iron with its board was kept in the lobby, creating obstruction and safety concerns. The room’s air conditioning was too small to cool effectively during summer. Breakfast was poor with limited cold options, and the restaurant staff were not helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and although we booked last minute and arrived at 7 AM (super early), the gentleman managed to give us a clean and comfortable room. I wish it had a swimming pool, but other than that, all was great.

We had a great stay! The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room, beds, and pillows were all clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Their attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out. If we come back to the area, we’ll definitely book this place again!

The staff are excellent, very helpful. Location is good close to everything, Rustaveli prospect, old town, McDonald's. The place is calm, peaceful. Liked there.

Hotel room was clean and spacious enough. It looked outdated from the outside, but it was actually clean and comfortable inside. We took taxi everyday to the old city because taxi ride is so cheap in Tbilisi. Grocery store is just 5 minutes walk away which was super nice. Overall, good value hotel!

The interior of the hotel is very nice, some walls were a bit dirty tho. The staff was okay. They cleaned our room every day and the breakfast is served from 8 to 11, which is very convenient. We could keep our bags in the hotel after checkout and they printed our bording passes for us. The breakfast wasnt too delicious and the location of the hotel is not the best - the park nearby is closed, meaning you have to walk 15 minutes to get to the metro (in description it says 5)
