They don’t have housekeeping and they didn’t have microwave which they mention they have

The host was a very polite and kind lady, and communication with her was pleasant throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at check-out was disappointing because of the middle-aged housekeeper who was responsible for cleaning the rooms and handling departures. She came across as unfriendly, constantly complaining, and gave us the feeling that she wanted guests to leave as quickly as possible rather than making them feel welcome. Due to a change in our travel plans, we extended our stay by one night, which required us to move to another room. To make things easier, we even vacated our original room an hour earlier than requested the day before. However, on our final day we were only about 15 minutes late checking out, and the housekeeper turned it into a serious argument. She stood in the hallway commenting every time we carried another suitcase out, making us feel rushed and, honestly, unwelcome. It was an unpleasant way to end what had otherwise been a very enjoyable stay.

Peaceful and quiet. The house itself has this specific smell as old buildings do. As an antique lover I was fine with it, but someone may not like it. An option to pay with the bank card would be nice.

Marina was such an wonderful host! I genuinely enjoyed my stay there cuz the room was so homey and vintage, you’d really feel like living like a local in that neighborhood. The location is the best, walking distance to popular restaurants like Lolita, basically you can walk anywhere or take the bus very conveniently. None

Good location but a bit loud which is not surprising at that location After a check-in and a payment, even though I didn't sleep much in the room itself I was asked to return the keys... "because I don't stay in the room", that was the response. Nonetheless, I've made a booking and paid for it. Left keys next day. A bit disappointed as it wasn't very professional

Great location, close to the city centre, lots of bars and restaurants around, lively vibe to the area. It's plain on the outside, and potentially a little difficult to locate since no signature on the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, and you feel like you're sitting right in the heart of the city. Very good value for money. Also we loved the wallpaper!

Comfortabel, clean and well designed

The host did our washing for us for a small fee. The location was perfect and the room was very spacious indeed ! This was our best accommodation in Georgia. We stayed for 4 nights - went to Armenia for 2 nights and we were able to store our big luggage with the host - we returned for 1 night, as we really enjoyed our initial stay at Jardin Vera !! we can certainly recommend this accommodation. The room also had a small kitchenette that had a kettle and some cutlery. Nothing really, Maybe just add a coffee plunger and a sharp knife to the kitchenette.

"This cozy mini-hotel is located right in the center of the old town. Nearby, there is all the necessary infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets, and bars. All types of transportation are available. The hotel is tastefully decorated. I especially liked the high ceilings. But most importantly, Marina is very professional, courteous, and always ready to help with any questions. Highly recommend it."
