Nothing. I did not enjoy any aspect of this hotel. The restaurant was always full because the hotel seemed to prioritize outside guests over hotel guests. As a paying guest, I often felt that we were not treated as a priority. I asked the concierge to make a reservation at a restaurant outside the hotel, but they simply told me that nobody was answering the phone and made no real effort to help. It felt like they just wanted to avoid doing their job. Overall, the level of service was very disappointing. In my opinion, if someone wants to truly enjoy their vacation, many 5-star resorts in Turkey provide a much better guest experience than this hotel.

The room was enormous and beautifully furnished. Also the breakfast and location were great - the location was walkable to pretty much anything. The wifi was very slow - not acceptable for a hotel like this (may have just been our room though). The room and hotel was considerably dark and the hotel is in the middle of a shared workspace area, which can be chaotic.

The Stamba Hôtel is not only an exceptional hotel to stay at in Tbilisi, it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. The attention to detail and kindness of every staff member makes an experience staying here very memorable.

I prepaid via booking.com. However, at check-in the hotel insisted on payment directly to the hotel and said that Booking.com will reimburse the prepayment. As Booking.com did not do this I ended up paying twice for the room. It was disappointing that Stamba Hotel did nothing to resolve this situation, instead pointing fingers at an equally unresponsive Booking.com and leaving it to their guests to spend time on trying to resolve this situation.

It's such a unique space, occupied both by the hotel as well as a co-working space. There's always a buzz - made me feel cool just being around it. And the rooms are large and interestingly decorated, like no other hotel I've ever stayed at

I went through a difficult time because of a health issue during my stay. Being miles away from home and dealing with that was honestly very scary. Alex at the reception and the bellboy were incredibly kind and helpful to me. I will never forget their support and care. More than the beauty of the hotel itself, it’s the kindness of these two men that will stay in my memory.
