my second time in Rooms Hotel Tbilisi since 2015 the hotel is still ok, but not amazing. rooms are clean, but overall could have been much more comfortable the location is still walls and doors are too thin - you can hear what happens in the hall and in the next room. the "designer" shower is not comfortable. the restaurant could have more Georgian specialties and less overcomplicated options we had beds with footboard which is not comfortable for tall people

Perhaps a little over- priced, but I would wholeheartedly recommend.

The design was beautiful and so was the location. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Room was spacious. The room was too dark for me. Shower pressure not quite consistent.

Only the location It’s over priced compared to what you get, furniture are quite old and ruined, no attention to details, house keeping is not the best we stayed 3 nights and have never changed our bed sheets, soap dispenser was not working and when asked to change it they brought us exact same one back. Ac takes so long to cool down. No black out curtains. And windows glass dirty

Such a cool vibe! Excellent cocktails, interesting music, superb bar staff, best breakfast. Our room (506) had something like plumbing or a fan making a noise all night. We tried switching everything off but couldn’t sort it. One glitch with our booking, swiftly sorted but it felt uncomfortable having to push back against a very determined manager.

Beautiful design, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms is an institution in Tbilisi, and happy to see that the quality seems to have remained high throughout the years. It genuinely feels like a cool, local hang out spot, it's the perfect base to explore Tbilisi from. Some of the facilities need a little extra love. The leather bed frame had some scratches and the room is a bit worn out. The quality is still very high, but you can tell it is a popular hotel.

The hotel overall was good, and I would especially like to highlight the reception team. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our experience in the lounge area was disappointing. The lounge staff seemed indifferent and ignored our requests, which made us feel overlooked as guests. Additionally, in the evenings, the lounge is open to visitors from the street. This led to overcrowding and made it difficult for hotel guests to receive proper attention and enjoy the space comfortably.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. We spent one night with my wife celebrating her birthday. The staff went above and beyond. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter. The room was spacious with very comfortable furniture. We definitely enjoyed the retro vibe. The Kitchen restaurant was great also! The food is surprisingly good, and the staff is helpful. My wife took a classic massage and said it was great. I also loved that they used no LED lights, which definitely creates a very genuine, warm atmosphere. Outstanding experience! We had issues with the AC. We love it when it is cold in the room, and it seems like their AC was only working on "heat" (probably due to the winter season). I cannot say that we are light sleepers, but the room entrance door has practically no sound isolation. Hence, you can hear absolutely everything that's going on in the corridor, which is not great, especially at night or early morning when people check out/in, and when people order IRD service. Just an inconvenience that we were not expecting.

The crowd at the lobby and garden bar was too young — it felt like a group of kids who had just come to a bar after their prom.

Rooms Hotel Tbilisi was one of the coziest hotels we have ever stayed in. The design is incredibly warm and inviting, with a beautiful retro touch that immediately makes you feel at ease. The service was exceptionally friendly and relaxed, never formal or distant, but genuinely welcoming. The location in Tbilisi is perfect, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and stylish at the same time. The bar is lively and characterful, and the restaurant is excellent – a place where you actually want to spend your evening instead of going out again. Overall, it’s a place that’s hard to beat in terms of comfort, style and atmosphere. We really liked the warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The design of the rooms is thoughtful and cozy, combining style with a feeling of ease and calm. The level of comfort was excellent, the common areas were inviting, and the overall setup of the hotel makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
