Not only is it a beautiful, quiet place (in perfect location), but the people who work here are very kind. They genuinely care about your stay. 10/10! Nothing, honestly. I wish I had a fridge in the room, but this is still the best hotel, period.

Great location and I loved the hotel retro aesthetics and style. Great value for money.

Great location, very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and everything was kept nice and tidy. Breakfast was also good. Breakfast was okay, could have had a bit more variety.

Location Outdated room furniture. Strong smell of cooking food in the room every morning during breakfast preparation

Everything. A lovely view from our balcony. A substantial breakfast every day. A perfect location for seeing the city. Everything was great

A wonderful place to stay. An authentic Georgian building- with a fascinating neighborhood. Probably one of the best locations for seeing old Tbilisi- It is convenient for everything you need- including the supermarkets. The breakfast is wonderful- good basic food- a buffet- that will fill you up. Sit together in the old park in front of the hotel (like a little secret garden)- and listen to the men singing Georgian folk songs on the other side of the fence.......unforgetable. Everything was great.

Our room had a strong sewer smell. For this reason, the room was replaced. There was someone's hair on the towel in the first room.

Dated, old property and showed it. Our room was smallest room and very cramped and didn’t allocate me another when I requested. Had 2 rooms and were on different floors. Our bathroom wash basin had a missing drain plug and it was disgusting to stare down the drain when using the basin. Breakfast was average and decent for the fare.

This hotel is a scam, scammed us with booking & didn’t provide the clear, honest information to us. They charged a price much higher than Sheraton and Marriot. Once we reached the place we found a dull, dirty building with one unorganized person on dirty table & refused to cancel. WHAT A SHAME.

Great location. Just walking distance to the Bridge of Peace. Great breakfast too None

The location was great. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety to choose. The lady who looked after breakfast was very friendly.

The location was great. The breakfast was ok. Uncomfortable beds, air conditioning wasn’t working and it was really hot in the room. Our balcony got flooded because of the rain and we didn’t received a bed linens for child’s bed upon arrival. It took us about 40 min to get someone from the reception to bring us what we needed, although the room was booked for 3 people. Needless to say, that after trying to get this basics, we skipped the effort to ask to fix the air conditioning wasn’t or the flood.

It smelled of dampness and sewage. The mattress was very hard. A piece of molding above the door fell on my hand. They weren’t offered anything in return for this accident.
-
Noise from the outside and neighbor's room.
-
Although the rooms are quite nice, I was assigned a room next to reception, and it was noisy all night. I woke up more than once. I suppose sleeping on the upper floor is more peaceful. My noisy room

Good breakfast, central place in a historic quartier, so you can easily catch the 12 O'Clock clock tower performance by the theatre. You get 2 bottles of water. A lot of windows, a lot of light
