great location, great staff, great breakfast, very nice ambiente we don‘t like air conditioning but it was hot and sticky in our room under the roof and we sweated a lot

Nice location and easy to walk to. Nice cooked breakfast. Family room is smaller than it seems from the picture.

Extremely helpful and gentle staff giving a family-like atmosphere. Very central location. Cozy and stylish decoration. But the best of all is the staff. Very recommendable!!

The hotel itself feels a bit old, especially the showers and some of the bathroom fixtures, which could use some renovation. We didn’t encounter anything dirty, but the old structure of the hotel didn’t feel clean and comfortable to me. One thing that felt a bit strange was seeing a receptionist sleeping at the desk during the night. The bed setup was also not very comfortable; two single beds were pushed together with a mattress topper to make it feel like a double bed, but it didn’t really work well, as the topper kept sliding and made it uncomfortable to sleep. It might be a good idea to consider replacing the beds to provide a more comfortable sleeping experience for guests.

The staff was nice and helpful. They organized a little surprise for our birthday. Also, it was nice sitting in the terrace of the hotel The property was really old. Our electricity has gone for the last day. Even though they tried to help, it couldn’t be solved. Also, the rooms were really small and uncomfortable.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and made our experience even better than I could have imagined. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Since the hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, we had the chance to fully enjoy all the charms of life in Tbilisi. Thank you once again to the wonderful staff. Everything was amazing ?

The room is too small but that wasn’t a problem for us, adding curtains in the rooms would be really helpful as we couldn’t sleep well with the light.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the balcony in particular was very beautiful

Hotel location is good with great staff. Room layout was problematic, which affected the overall comfort. Breakfast is served relatively late (only after 9:30 am), so we missed it as we checked out at 9:00 am.

The location is perfect and people watching on the balcony was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was bery good. Some guests arrived in the middle of the night and stayed on the balcony talking. As the room was located next to this, it woke us up.

The location can’t be beat. So many great restaurants and sights within a short walk. Rooms were unique and obviously an old building turned into cute and cozy rooms. Each room was unique. The staff was friendly, but pressured us to make a cash payment, although they did accept credit card. Also, the staff were constantly smoking outside on the shared balcony, which connected to the shared kitchen and lobby. I tried to sit out on the small balcony but the smell of smoke was constantly in my face. When eating breakfast again on the small balcony (there wasn’t any other space) the cook stood next to me and even she started smoking. Hotel staff should not occupy the only outdoor space for hours at a time smoking when guests are trying to use the space as well.

This is the best place you can stay at for this price. The staff are genuinely warm, sincere, and treat you like a member of their family. They take care of everything with great attention. Vlad is truly a great person , you can definitely trust him :) None

My room was close to the terrace, where people smoke, so the smoke comes into the room.
