We liked the hotel so much that we extended the stay
-
I liked everything, but especially location, interior design, breakfast, service
-
great location, the room was clean, staff friendly room safe really small and nothing can save inside also it was not connected to walls.
-
מיטות נוחות , מצעים מפנקים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ממש, חדרי משפחה מרווחים . אהבנו הכל ובהחלט נשמח לחזור.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Elevator works, wifi available. Smart tv, but I didnt watch. The bellboy was very nice and welcoming. There are stairs in front of the hotel so mind that if you r bringing heavy luggages. No ramp! Pastries aren’t fresh or tasty. Poor soundproofing. Couldn’t sleep because of people talking outside. Arrived late at night and asked the hotel to extend my check in, but they kept calling and disturbing. P.s. location is close to the centre, but behind it the houses and the area looks dangerous.

The room was really nice, lots of amenities. Staff was helpful and always available. Location was perfect, right in the center of Tbilisi. Lots of options for breakfast. I wish the shower had a curtain or a door to close it, I flooded the bathroom everytime I used it.
-
No air conditioner working properly the acoustics in the room is terrible you hear all the things that happen in the hotel and on the road even

The location is outstanding Breakfast is good, and bar/restaurant does amazing food and drink The driver, David, whom they referred me to, was amazing throughout my trip - reliable and punctual, as well as a top notch tour guide. Made seeing sites outside Tbilisi very easy, and very enjoyable It’s a very run down building - carpets are stained, and with my room being next to a staff storage area, they opened and closed the door once every minute. The building is so old that this closing made my bed (and the whole room) shake. This woke me up many times. The sound isolation is non-existent; room window faces the lobby and not outside, so whenever someone was speaking or working in the lobby, you hear it as if there’s no window. When they start setting things up at 7am, you hear EVERYTHING Staff are patient and kind, but half of them speak no English. Fair enough, they’re not required to, but it you’re not a Georgian speaker then you will struggle to communicate with many of them

Rooms were modern, comfortable, and spacious, staff were very friendly. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. The hotel is easy walking distance to sights within the old town, plenty of restaurants and wine bars nearby as well. Our flight landed at 5am, and we booked the room starting the night before to ensure an early check-in so we could get some sleep before exploring. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tbilisi.

The location is simply perfect—you really feel as if you are in the heart of Tbilisi, with everything within easy walking distance. Just as promised, the staff are exceptional. They respond to every request immediately and are always willing to help with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I don't know everyone's names, except for Achi, but the entire team deserves special thanks for making guests feel welcome and well cared for. I also enjoyed the breakfasts. There was a great variety of fresh food to suit different tastes, and having breakfast on the lovely terrace was a wonderful way to start the day. The housekeeping was excellent—thorough, efficient, and never intrusive. I was also impressed by the hotel's interior design. It is unique, stylish, and truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. I would be delighted to stay here again.
-
Great location. Welcoming staff. Rooms rather small but similar to most in Tbilisi.
-
Fantastic hotel, in a perfect location, just round the corner from the pedestrian street with the famous clock tower. Beautiful decor , very comfortable rooms and beds, attentive service, great breakfast. Highly recommend Nothing
-
Great location and excellent service, especially from the management team and front desk staff. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. Thank you!
-
Staff were amazing, very kind and polite and helpful The location is amazing and almost everything is around
-
The double room with two bedrooms was perfect for a family of four, featuring very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. Situated right on the main road with easy access, the hotel is within easy walking distance of both Freedom Square and the historic landmarks of Old Tbilisi. Having an on-site restaurant serving authentic Georgian food was a major plus. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were somewhat limited. A wider selection would elevate the morning dining experience.
-
Limited parking spots, breakfast spread was limited but thats understandable. For international tourists , it would be great to put nametags on the dishes as it was hard to understand whats what..

Nothing

Everything you feel like you touched the Georgian way of life old and authentic and the location is great Nothing
